2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 413 series is an AC/DC suburban train that appeared in 1986 during the JNR era.In the 1980s, Japan National Railways began to increase the number of passengers in regional urban areas by shortening train formations and running them more frequently.However, with conventional express trains, there are only two single-swing doors on either end of the vehicle, making it difficult to get on and off the train smoothly during rush hours.Therefore, an attempt was made to increase the number of suburban trains by using equipment from express trains, omitting the deck, and updating the car bodies to new ones with double doors.These vehicles were introduced to various parts of Japan, but the ones for the Hokuriku region were classified as the 413 series, and were designed for both AC and DC use, just like the express trains from which they were modified.After the division and privatization of Japan National Railways, it was taken over by JR West and was mainly used on the Hokuriku Main Line.The figure has been taken over by JR West and has been repainted with a new blue belt.By using the separately sold power unit and N scale running parts, it can be run as an N scale railway model.We recommend TM-14 (20m class A2) for the power unit, TT-03R for the traveling parts set, and PS101CN (PS16HS) [0232] for the pantograph.*Display pedestal is not included.*The railway model is a system that supplies power from the rails.It does not use batteries even when running, emitting light, or lighting up.*This product does not include batteries.*This product does not use fuel.*This product does not include fuel.*This product does not include paint.
