Product introduction Introducing a gold plated pedestal!Yamato, the first ship of the Yamato-class battleships, was completed in December 1944 as the culmination of large ship construction technology from the Kongo class to the Nagato class.With a standard displacement of 64,000 tons and a 46cm main gun, she was the best in the world in all respects, and eventually became the flagship of the Combined Fleet, and at the Battle of Midway, she sortied as the flagship of the main fleet, Isoroku Yamamoto, Commander-in-Chief of the Combined Fleet.Afterwards, as aircraft became the main force in battle, Yamato was modified by removing some of its secondary guns and increasing its anti-aircraft weapons.
