The included magnets have the numbers 0 to 9 and four symbols: + - = ?, so you can line them up on the board and use them as counters to play with numbers, or you can create your own addition and subtraction equations and try to figure out the answers.
Use the cards to ask questions. The counter cards (numbers 1 to 20) and the addition and subtraction cards each have 20 illustrated calculations, making them easy for even small children to understand. When you insert a card into the slot at the top right of the board, the answer written at the bottom of the card is hidden, motivating your child.
The included Japanese activity guide provides hints for learning and playing, such as "Count from 1 to 10," "Create an equation," and "Sorting odd and even numbers," so children can safely challenge themselves to learn about various numbers.
