Designing a mold from scratch for better light distribution
In pursuit of better light distribution, we designed the reflector mold from scratch.
We used automotive lighting analysis and design simulation software for the design, and made millimeter-level adjustments to create the best reflector possible, achieving ideal light distribution.
The lens used is a thick, durable, and highly transparent glass lens.
It is resistant to high temperatures and does not burn with UV rays, so it can also be fitted with high-output LEDs, HIDs, and halogen lamps.
It meets the dustproof and waterproof performance IP67 standard, and all products undergo pressurized air testing at the manufacturing factory.
With the above performance, the product has passed the strict European standard tests and has obtained the E-mark certification, which is displayed on certified automotive parts.

Using automotive lighting analysis and design simulation software, we have created an original reflector that achieves ideal light distribution so that the irradiated light hits the road surface reliably. It is a completely original product of Pikakyu, designed and manufactured from scratch.

The combination of a high-strength aluminum lamp body and a glass lens creates an overwhelmingly high-quality feel.
The heat and UV resistant glass lens and aluminum lamp body make it less likely to deteriorate even after long-term use, and the lens maintains its transparency.
In addition to high-output LEDs, it can also be used with HID and halogen bulbs, which tend to get hot.

The joint between the lens and the body has been carefully processed to provide dust and water resistance of IP67.
Because it has a vent, it cannot be used underwater, but there is no need to worry about water getting in if you use it as a normal fog lamp.
