Product Introduction

This is a plastic model kit of the Fine Molds "1/35 Military Series: Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Type 60 Self-Propelled 106mm Recoilless Rifle Ausf. C."

The Type 60 Self-Propelled 106mm Recoilless Rifle was adopted by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force for anti-tank attack purposes. Its compact, lightweight design allowed for vertical gun elevation for firing from cover. While the previous Ausf. B was powered by a gasoline engine, the final Ausf. C was powered by a liquid-cooled diesel engine.

Kit Features The Ausf. C's distinctive engine top panel is a newly molded part. The tracks are made of plastic and are partially assembled. Details are reproduced based on meticulous research of the actual vehicle. The main gun can be displayed in either a raised or lowered position. Two figures are included.
