Cappuccino: Add 2 teaspoons to an 8 oz cup and pour over hot water. Stir to dissolve. Top with hot milk frothed with an electric milk frother. Ice Drink: Add 2 teaspoons to a large glass and fill to 3% with cold water. Mix with an electric whisk, then add ice and milk and/or sweetener to taste.
