✅Fantastic Japanese-style illustrations
The figures, clad in dazzling kimonos, display expressive expressions that convey their emotions.
While based on the motifs and compositions of the Rider-Waite Tarot, these illustrations create a unique and distinctive worldview.
[From the Author]
These Japanese-style tarot cards by illustrator nii-otto (Nii-otto). Based on the world of the Rider-Waite Tarot, these illustrations explore the fusion of Japanese and Western influences.
I started drawing these cards when I was stuck in my own drawing rut. I struggled and struggled, unable to draw anything, and then I remembered a tarot card design I had drawn for work.
Each element and composition is meaningful and intriguing. Perhaps tracing these elements would bring about a transformation within me. I drew them as if asking for help.
That was my first card, "The Fool." When I drew The Fool, I never imagined I'd end up drawing 22 of them. After announcing The Fool on social media, I received many requests to commercialize it, and thanks to everyone's support, I was able to complete all 22 cards.
Please enjoy the world of Japanese-style tarot created by nii-otto.
