Woody Joe 1/75 Scale Seiganto-ji Temple Three-Story Pagoda Wooden Model Assembly Kit
Seiganto-ji Temple, located in Nachikatsuura Town, Wakayama Prefecture, is the first of the 33 temples of the Saigoku Kannon Pilgrimage.
The stunning harmony between the vermilion three-story pagoda and Nachi Falls, one of Japan's three most famous waterfalls, attracts many pilgrims from across the country.
The temple enshrines the Tobitaki Gongen Honji Senjukannon, and its interior walls are decorated with colorful murals of Kongo Shokaibutsu (Buddha of the Various Realms), Kannon, and Acala.
The pagoda was destroyed by fire in 1958 during war, and the current tower was rebuilt in 1972.
