This all-analog amp simulator and DI pedal gives bassists the tone of the legendary Ampeg B-15 Portaflex in a compact package. This pedal features the latest in our Amp Recreation circuitry (also found in the RevivalDRIVE, DELUXE55, and other BassRIG models), a meticulous analog design that recreates the entire circuitry of a vintage tube amp. This includes the preamp, phase inverter, push-pull output stage, reactive load, rectifier sag, and all-analog cabinet simulator. This means that not only does it recreate the distinctive sound of the B-15 amp, but it also recreates its playability, delivering the authentic feel even with modern DI systems. Additionally, there's an AMP OUT EQ circuit that adjusts the sound from the 1/4-inch output, allowing you to reproduce the distinctive response of the B-15 ported cabinet even with modern full-range bass amplifiers.
