Never again!!! Absolutely terrible customer service! When I tried to return the item the seller actually asked me to measure the item myself and send photos of it. Seriously? Don´t they even know the measurements of the products they sell? To make matters worse, my return request was rejected because I supposedly failed to cooperate. Unbelievable! Since when is it the costomer´s responsibility to do the seller´s job? The entire return process was frustrating, unnecessarily complicated and completely unacceptable.
