[Story]
In Chapter 2, two stories intertwine as the history of the "power" passed down through two generations of the Corleone family is depicted.
One tells the story of how the young Don, played by Robert De Niro, establishes his position as the Godfather.
The other tells the story of how Michael (Al Pacino) becomes the next generation of Don.
At the 47th Academy Awards(R) in 1974, Robert De Niro won the Best Supporting Actor award, and the film also won six other awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Art Direction and Best Original Score.
