Product Introduction
FTF "1/72 Polish TKS-D Self-Propelled Gun with 47mm Gun" plastic model kit.
The Polish TKS-D self-propelled gun was a prototype tank destroyer developed in the 1930s, based on the TKS tankette.
Designed primarily to support cavalry brigades, it was armed with a 47mm wz. 25 Pocisk infantry gun.
Only two prototypes were built, and they saw limited combat during the 1939 Invasion of Poland.
However, due to its open-top design and limited defensive capabilities, it was not mass-produced.
In addition, its lack of anti-tank capabilities made it unsuitable for full-scale operation.
Includes the actual vehicle and a booklet on the Polish campaign (in Polish). It also contains numerous photographs, so even those who cannot read will enjoy it.
This is a plastic model kit that requires assembly and painting.
Additional adhesives, tools, and paints are required for assembly and painting.
