Compact clear boost pedal The Fulltone 2B is a compact, clear boost pedal derived from the FD3 pedal's "Boost" channel. The circuitry has been packed into the smallest possible enclosure at 4.5" x 2.1" x 2.3" (11.43 x 5.334 x 5.842 cm), with the usable IN, OUT, and DC power jacks mounted on the rear for space-saving operation. The average modern pedalboard has eight or more pedals, with a lot of signal loss as it passes through them. A good booster not only adds volume for your solos, but also helps restore that lost gain, tone, and "touch." The premium JFET op amp eliminates the high-pitched top end shrillness that is common in other boosters. In addition, the JFET buffer buffers the signal even when the switch is turned off. Additionally, the DYNAMIC knob improves response, adds juiciness, and prevents distortion at the amp input.
