Drăguț!

I'm sorry, but the photos that I've taken of the item and the label on the package "Failed to load". I didn't receive the silver shield that I ordered and paid A$27 for. The shield that I received appears to be very lightly tinted or clear. I did order another shield that was delivered and is fine. However, the silver one that I ordered wasn't delivered. I trust that this can be rectified quickly. Sorry this has happened. Thank you. Tom Allen Friday 26 June 2026. It's been a few days now since I've attempted to lodge a complaint about the wrong item being sent to me. I've tried to enter the chat mode, but I end up in a position whereby I hit the button requesting a return or refund and then there's no place for me to "chat" and advise the Joom people that I've been sent the wrong item. The Joom system is sloppy to say the least. I ordered a silver visor / shield and I received something else. If I don't receive response as to how I can receive a refund with three days I am going to report this to Pay Pal. Sorry, but Joom has demonstrated a lack of concern for their customer receiving the item that they ordered. this is unacceptable.

XS are aproximativ dimensiunea unei carcase Airpod Pro
