How to use: 1. Open the storage bag and take out the sleeping bag. 2. Place the bag on the ground. 3. Unzip the zipper on the shoulder of the sleeping bag. 4. Lie down in the sleeping bag. 5. Close the zipper and fasten the strap. 6. Apply the Velcro. 7. Open the sleeping bag and defrost from the inside. 8. Fold and roll up the sleeping bag and put it in the storage bag. 9. Tighten the strap on the outside of the bag by hand to make it compact. Precautions for use: 1. 1-2 days before outdoor sports, fully unfold the sleeping bag to allow it to fully perform its insulation in the wild. Before departure, put the sleeping bag in the compression bag. 2. When camping, if time permits, it is easier to dry the sleeping bag outdoors, in the tent, or in a dry, well-ventilated, sunny place in the morning, but avoid strong sunlight. 3. When storing, you can rotate the sleeping bag once to squeeze out most of the air, unfold the sleeping bag, and irregularly put it into the compression bag from the edge. 4. Although the sleeping bag fabric is waterproof and tear-resistant, if it rains heavily during your trip, use a plastic bag to prevent damp air from entering the sleeping bag.
