Note:
Before installing the print head or print head, please make sure that there is no problem with the machine, and there is no abnormality. Failures such as the main board of the machine and the cleaning unit may cause the print head or print head to be short circuited and burned.

1. Power off operation: Before installation, the printer power must be turned off and the power cord unplugged to ensure a complete power outage. Operating with power on can damage the motherboard and the nozzle.
2. Installation area cleaning: Use a lint free cloth dampened with a small amount of cleaning solution to wipe the contact surface of the nozzle installation seat, removing any remaining ink or dust to ensure a flat installation.
3. Precise alignment: Align the new nozzle with the installation area and ensure precise positioning to avoid skewing. Use an internal hex socket wrench to securely fix it, but do not fully tighten.
4. Wiring connection: Align the data interface and insert it vertically, and listen for a "click" sound to confirm proper positioning. After connecting the ink tube and filter, ensure the interface is sealed without loosening to prevent ink leakage.
5. Special note: Do not allow UV ink to drip onto the data line. If the ink flows down the data line, it will directly enter the circuit and cause a short circuit and burn the nozzle.
6. If there is a severe breakage during printing, the customer needs to replace the ink cartridge.
7. If there is a missing channel, it is recommended to replace the ink-absorbing pad.
8. Printing the blank situation means replacing the lower ribbon cable with the code before it can be used.
