Product Introduction
The Catan series' first new expansion in 7 years, "Explorers and Pirates," is now available!
In this new adventure, the "ship" piece plays a major role! Amazingly, ships can move freely on the board!
Load the necessary cargo and set sail. You'll be given various missions, such as finding spice islands and trading, or finding and eliminating outlaw hideouts, allowing you to enjoy a different kind of Catan world.
*To play Explorers and Pirates, you need "The Settlers of Catan Standard Edition."
It cannot be used in combination with the "Portable Carry Case Edition," overseas versions, or versions previously released by other companies.
~About "The Settlers of Catan"~
Set on the uninhabited island of Catan, players build settlements (houses) as bases and develop the entire island from there. The first player to reach 10 points (e.g., 1 point for a settlement) in a settlement competition against opponents wins.
Specifically, five types of resources are produced from the island by dice, and these resources are used to build the next settlement. However, it can be difficult to gather the necessary resources. In such situations, exchange resources with your opponent. Actively communicating will give you an advantage in the game.
With rules simple enough for elementary school children (ages 8 and up) to play, this is the definitive board game that adults will also enjoy!
[Set Contents] 12 parts boards, 6 types of play pieces, 2 types of mission pieces, polybag
