The Dolomites' distinctively steep slopes have a fearsome reputation, and it's easy to see why. Tried, tested, and proven by our team of athletes, the Ortles Wall 38L backpack is designed to let you carry your gear exactly how you like.
Just remember to start early... The Dry Back Contact suspension system features a padded EVA back panel and 3D channel ventilation for good airflow and breathability. Low-profile, split shoulder straps ensure a snug fit and maximum freedom of movement.
The Ortles Wall backpack is equipped with tube guides and a hydration port. Load management straps, side compression straps, and a top strap with a secure magnetic buckle are all designed for a more stable carry.
As you'd expect, there are smart attachment solutions for trekking poles, ice tools, and both parallel and diagonal ski attachments using the detachable straps included with the pack. For quick access to your pack's contents, the roll-top offers direct access via a side zipper and a front compartment separated by a waterproof zipper.
You can also reconfigure it to reduce weight by removing the Internal Stability Board (ISB) and hip belt padding. To handle high-altitude terrain and the abuse it brings, the Ortles Wall is made of durable, long-lasting, and abrasion-resistant REGEN ROBIC®, which is 60% more tear-resistant than standard nylon fabrics.
Furthermore, REGEN ROBIC® is 100% recycled, clearly reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
