Philips Series 5000 BHD514/00
The Philips BHD514/00 hairdryer is a 2300 W device designed for everyday hair care and styling. It is designed with an efficient motor that generates an airflow of up to 110 km/h, which shortens the drying time while maintaining stable operating parameters.
The device is purple and equipped with a practical hanging loop.
Protection technology and temperature control
A key design element is the ThermoShield technology. Inside the device, a sensor constantly monitors the airflow temperature and automatically adjusts it. The user has six independent settings, consisting of three temperature levels and three airflow levels.
This allows for precise adjustment of the device's parameters to the hair's condition and desired effect.
Ionization System and Styling Finish
The device has an integrated quadruple ionization system. During operation, the generator releases up to 80 million negative ions, which settle on the hair's surface. This process seals the hair cuticles and neutralizes electrostatic charges, reducing frizz and static electricity.
Additionally, the dryer is equipped with a cool shot function. After styling with warm air, briefly using a cool stream helps close the cuticles and fix the hairstyle.
Accessories and use
The BHD514/00 model comes with two interchangeable elements mounted on the air outlet:
1. Narrow concentrator – focuses the air on a small surface, which increases the blowing pressure and facilitates precise styling of the strands using a brush.
2. Diffuser – thanks to its design, it disperses the air flow over a larger area of the head. It is mainly used to lift hair at the roots, increase its volume and dry curly hair without disturbing its natural curl.
The device meets safety standards confirmed by CE and WEEE certificates and is intended for power supply from a standard mains voltage of 220-240 V.
