M2TO8639 M.2 M-Key to U.2 SFF-8639 Interface Adapter Cable with SATA 15-Pin Female Connector for 2.5 inch NVMe SSD Hard Disk M2 to U.2 Cable Feature: 1. This M.2 to U.2 adapter card can convert the M.2 interface on the motherboard into a standard U.2 (SFF-8639) interface, and supply power through the 15 pin SATA power interface, which can ensure fast and stable data transmission . Drive-free, plug and play. 2.U.2 SFF-8639 interface: users do not need an external U.2 (SFF-8639) data cable, provide 1 U.2 (SFF-8639) interface, which can connect to high-performance 2.5" NVMe U.2 (SFF -8639) SSD solid state drive, and various devices with U.2 (SFF-8639 interface. Its theoretical bandwidth can reach 32Gbps. 3. M2 (M-key) interface: M.2 (PCI-EGenx4) channel interface is adopted, and its theoretical bandwidth can reach 32Gbps. Users only need to insert the M.2 to U.2 adapter card into the M.2 (M-key) slot of the motherboard, and connect the other end to the NVMeU.2 (SFF-8639) SSD solid state drive to achieve high-performance data transmission. 4. Save motherboard space: A. Provide larger storage capacity for the host. B. The NVMe U.2 SSD solid state drive can be placed anywhere in the chassis. Note: M.2PCle SSD and M2SATASSD use the same type of connector. This adapter will only work on M.2 connectors designed for M.2 PCle SSDs. 5. System requirements: for Windows/UEFI2.3.1 or higher.
