• Hybrid ceramic bearings are custom bearings that combine ceramic balls with stainless steel races. While aiming for a light rotation feel, it is easy to handle with a metal lace, and is easy to use as a replacement for customizing the rotation system of bait reels or during maintenance.
• We have a lineup of sizes that can be found around the bait reel spool, spool ball bearing, and depending on the model, around the mechanical adjustment part.Available in 6 sizes: 3 x 7 x 3, 4 x 8 x 3, 3 x 8 x 4, 5 x 11 x 4, 5 x 10 x 4, and 3 x 10 x 4, making it easy to check a wide range of reel sizes.
• Compared to full ceramic bearings, it is easier to handle as it has a metal race, making it easier for those trying to replace bearings for the first time.On the other hand, since it uses ceramic balls, please be careful not to force fit or pry it during installation, or to avoid strong impacts.
• Hybrid ceramic bearings may produce operating noises such as "scrashing" or "scrashing" depending on the usage conditions. Please be careful if quietness is important to you.If you use it with sand, dust, metal powder, old oil, etc. on it, it may cause abnormal noise or rotational problems. Please thoroughly clean surrounding parts before installation.
• Basically, it is assumed to be used without oil, but if necessary, you can apply a very small amount of oil thinly with a cotton swab.If you apply too much, it may change the rotation feel or cause dirt to adhere, so please adjust according to the usage environment and preference.
• When using continuously at high speeds and high loads, please check the condition periodically. The location of use varies depending on the reel structure, model year, and specification differences between manufacturers. This product is a general replacement/custom bearing, and does not guarantee compatibility with all reels or performance improvement.
