Yame Tea Fukuoka Prefecture Deep Steamed Sencha Green First Harvest 100 Flush Special Premium 100g 88th Night (3 Bags)

Product Description Characteristics of Yame Tea Yame tea is known for its rich aroma and robust flavor, which is also mellow and full-bodied. It consistently ranks highly in national tea competitions and has gained a reputation as a premium tea. The unique climate of Yame produces sweetness and umami. Climate The Yame region experiences high daytime temperatures and cooler nights, characterized by significant temperature differences typical of an inland climate. Additionally, with annual rainfall ranging from 1,600mm to 2,400mm, it is blessed with favorable conditions for producing high-quality teas such as gyokuro, kabusecha, and premium sencha. Tea Production Process The tea production process is labor-intensive and relies entirely on human skill and the five senses. The quality of the tea is greatly influenced by the quick steaming and subsequent rolling processes after the leaves are picked. Deep Steamed Sencha Deep steamed tea is steamed longer and with more steam than regular tea, allowing the leaves to be steamed thoroughly. This process breaks down the tea cells, resulting in a rich, mellow tea with less astringency. It offers a unique aroma and deep sweetness. Carefully Selected Flavor by Tea Masters Expert tea masters meticulously evaluate the tea with their eyes and taste buds, allowing no compromise. The tea they approve is what is sold. How to Brew Delicious Tea Pour boiling water into cups for the number of servings and let it cool to about 80°C. Place the appropriate amount of tea leaves in a teapot. For one serving, use about one teaspoon (2g) of tea leaves. Pour the cooled water from the cups into the teapot and wait for about 30 seconds. Once the leaves have opened, pour the tea evenly into the cups, ensuring to pour every last drop.
